Hello and welcome to the Presidential Meadows Community Website. We are currently under construction but feel free to sign up for the mailing list to receive community updates and annoucements.
Hi Everyone!
Please join us for Back to School Family Movie Night at the pool Aug 18 @ 8pm. Concesions will be sold and all pool rules apply to event. We look forward to seeing you there!
Starting June 12th new changes at the pool will take effect.
First, the pool hours will be noon until 8 PM every day with the exception of Saturday, when the pool will be open from 10 AM until 9 PM.
The pool is now closed on Monday and Tuesday each week.
You may still bring guests to the pool with you, but that number is limited to 5 guests per residence, per
visit.
These changes have been brought about in order to better serve you during the peak pool use hours,
and to be cost conscious remaining within our HOA budget.
Please enjoy our pool and amenity center. For a more complete understanding of our rules and policies,
please see the revised pool rules and pool waiver on the Pool Page, and the amenity center rules and regulations, and amenity center
rental agreement forms on the Amenity Center Page.
Hello All,
The pool is open for the summer and there are a few new rules and hour changes we want to let you know about before you visit. The last 10 minutes of each hour is a safety break. During this time only adults are allowed in the water, and children may not keep their feet in the water nor sit on the edge of the pool.
On Sunday, the pool will be open noon to 9:00 p.m.
Thank you for your cooperation and keeping our pool a safe family environment.
Presidental Meadows needs your help! If you are interested in joining the social, neighborhood watch, pool, amenity center, or landscape committee's, please come to the amenity center, Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. If you are interested and cannot attend the meeting, please send an email to board@presidentialmeadows.org . We hope to see you there!

Blue Water is continuing to construct the new waterline from Cameron County and expects water to be delivered through that line by July 1 if not before. Upon completion of the waterline, SouthWest Water will continue to be the provider of water to Cottonwood MUD. However the water they will provide will be from Blue Water, instead of the water they are currently providing from area wells. Therefore, hopefully the quantity and quality of the water will be better. Regarding the increase in rates, SouthWest Water has been discussing a water rate increase with the districts since 2009, and now they have implemented a higher rate, which the districts are disputing. There is a meeting tonight 4/25/11 @ 6:00 PM at New Tech High in Manor. There will be information for residents as to what the districts are doing with respect to the rate increase and to enlist the support of the residents in this effort.
